Thicker than usual oatmeal and eggs for breakfast- Very nice!
Then I worked really hard at the golf course. We practiced for 3,5 hours, which is very long for me now, still working my way up.
Then we went to Texas Roadhouse and got some steak! It's good to eat steak and mashed potatoes because I don't have to chew it really. Just order medium rare and cut it small enough. After eating I wasn't feeling so good. I had been quite active with my jaw for breakfast and then again for late lunch. I got massive pain in my left ear and on the left lower jaw. I took some ibuprofen when we got back and the pain was mostly gone in maybe 1 hour. When I was fine again I did some exercises and stretched.
At night I was really tired after a busy day, and decided to eat my "favorite"... SOUP! I just can't get enough of it ;) Blahhhh... I did this because of what I felt earlier and letting my jaw rest a little. When I'm done with this thing here I probably won't eat soups for years!
