My goal for this post-surgery was to stay above 60kg / 132 pounds. I'm 177cm / 5'10 so I should be heavier. I had some stressful times traveling this year and lost 4 kg near the end of the year, so already not good preperation for the surgery.
Today the scale told me 59,4kg :( So even if I feel like I'm eating a lot, it's not enough. It could be that I'm losing muscle too. It's okay to not always 100% accomplish your goals. You just have to work harder then and do something about it!!! So what did I do... I contacted Joe&theJuice in Iceland and they're gonna help me out with some fresh juices. NICE! Then I talked to a nutritionist, Frida Run, and she's giving me advice and helping me.
I went to the doctor today for the first time since the surgery, since I missed the other appointment because I fainted at home. My doctor's a boss!
First thing, we took some new pictures and he's very happy how things are looking.
Other things I can tell you.... Today was the first day I didn't take a nap. My lips are looking terrible right now. Just trust me, you don't wanna see a picture. I have to apply more lip balm and the doctor said the stuff will also just fall off on it's own.
Now I'm gonna take it easy and watch Elementary. I really like Sherlock Holmes!!! Such cool shows. Also the BBC series with Benjamin Cumberbatch (I prefer calling him Benjamin Cucumber... when I don't remember his last name).
UPDATE: LOL! My friend just pointed out ----> "His name is actually Benedict Cumberbatch. So it seems like you really don't remember his name in general."
I'm blaming the drugs.
