But I got a little dizzy in the beginning because I'm not used to having my head leaning over the ball. That went away quickly. I told my friend to warn her: "If I faint, it will be alright!" but half joking of course. I always get very hot when I feel uncomfortable. My body goes in some "MAYDAY MAYDAY"-mode.

I don't know if that's normal... if it takes some training. I should maybe write my doctor tomorrow and ask him, beacuse I don't meet him for another 3 days then. It also hurts a bit when I open it, mainly on the right side.
